In February 2024, Grandmaster Hanshi Oscar Higa visited the Philippines to conduct a refresher course on Kyudokan Shorin-ryu.
The seminar was attended by both students and instructors from WMKK Philippine Cobra Dojo, providing them with an opportunity to further refine their knowledge and skills in the discipline.
