In 2009, Andres Mendoza (then 2 nd Dan) inaugurated the PCMA (Philippine Cobra Martial Arts) Club and devoted himself in perfecting and developing everything that he had learned from his masters since 1994, beginning with Shihan Rolando dela Cruz of Defenders Karate-Aikido Association, Sensei Alvin Barbin of Peace Maker Martial Arts Club and especially from his current master, Head Master Kyoshi Marcelo Navarroza of Washimekai Kyudokan Higa-Te Karate International.
In March 2009, Andres Mendoza started instructing Shidokan blend of Shorin Ryu Karate together with Sensei Junalbe de Carlo, a Black Belt member of the Washimekai-Bicol (now Director of Shinjinkan Dojo) at Saog Elementary School as a project for Summer Vacation led by Councilor John Levi Martin (SK Chairman 2009) supported by Brgy. Chairman Froilan Angeles.
In February 2010, PCMA (Philippine Cobra Martial Arts) Club has been deactivated due to Junalbe de Carlo’s calling to transfer to Bicol for his job.
In April 13, 2014, PCMA (Philippine Cobra Martial Arts) Club has been reactivated starting with 15 students.
In early 2014, PCMA (Philippine Cobra Martial Arts) Club sought direct membership with WASHIMEKAI upon advice from Sensei Junalbe stationed in Naga City, Region V. On July 1 of same year, PCMA (Philippine Cobra Martial Arts) Club was accepted and granted membership by the Washimekai Karate International headed by Kyoshi Marcelo Navarroza. Andres Mendoza started teaching Kyudokan curriculum to his students after membership grant.
On December 2014, on the occasion of the WMK 30th Foundation Anniversary, Sensei Mendoza was officially named as Representative of WMK-KYUDOKAN FILIPINAS to BULACAN Province.
His 1 st Dan daughter Jeremie Mendoza, serves as the Technical Director of WMK Philippine Cobra Dojo.
